Usage policy

New Usage Policy

• Effective July 01, 2023.

Photography used on this website shall no longer be availble for free, regardless of the status of the use intended. This includes for non profit. Pictures may be purchased at an agreed to price from this point forward. Use of the photography without my permission, WILL result in your automatic agreeance to use the picture, and you will receive an invoice for use.

Exceptions are as follows:

• Previously agreed to use by commercial vendors
• Previously agreed to pictures by the Massachusetts Broadcaster's Association, only for the pictures agreed to in June 2023.
• Pictures used by personal friends
• Pictures donated to the site are not available for further use from this site.

Failure to pay the invoice for the non-exempt use, will result in legal action.
